Here’s Josie again. Again like for the 4th time. I’ve used her as a subject so many times because she is just so natural and easy going.
On this one I tried to keep the background simple but just right because there is so little to this composition.

Every week we sit behind the same family at church and this little doll peeks over the pew and gives us her shy smile. Today I sketched her doing it. She is seriously cute. The sketch isn’t perfect because I didn’t measure anything, but for the most part it looks like her.




My Madonna and Child painting has been on a ride all over the place. I don’t know what in the world I’m doing so who knows what the end result will be. Here’s where she’s at now:
