Rabbit Print

img_8976Hi all.  Here’s my Etsy link:   I’ve listed one of my Giclee prints on Etsy.   I’m going to put the rest of the rabbit originals and prints on Etsy soon.  I had everything scanned and I need to upload the images.

I’m wondering what the market is like on Etsy for prints.  Do people buy prints online?  This rabbit print is 5×5″ square on watercolor paper.  I’ve listed it for $15 which to me feels affordable.  The image is 4″ square, same as the original on canvas, but has a 1/2 inch white border and will fit into a 5″ frame.

  1. I’ve been away from my WordPress people for a while, been catching up on some of your posts. That’s great that you’ve opened up an Etsy shop, congrats! I have mine with photographs only, but part of me was thinking well maybe I should just do it for my other work too. Sell prints, or original one-offs, I don’t know. I’ll have to think about what exactly I want to put up. Again, congrats and loving the recent paintings you’ve done.

    1. Thank you! I actually had wondered where you had gone. Interesting how over time you become familiar with people online. My etsy shop just sorta sits there, I haven’t figured out how to get people there. I’ll check out your site. Do you sell much there? What’s the name of your shop?

      1. I’m still working on my shop, haven’t made a sale yet. My last post was to promote/drum up business, and I also did that on my Instagram, and Facebook. So I’ve gotten people to like the images, but no sales! Lol. I have been fiddling around with the promotion settings, and I’ve also joined two groups. Something’s got to give. If it isn’t the prices, then I don’t know what else to do to bring life to my shop. Lensothebeholder is my shop name.
