I finished my new ballet painting today. I took this image on a day when parents were invited to sit in and watch the class.

The curves of the young dancers and the horizontal rails of the barre … I like the juxtaposition. There is so much here that pleases the eye, the colors, the reflections, and the light atop the dark. The more I look, the more I see.
