Nov 8th trees
I am happy with today’s trees. I went and sat by the river and painted Plein air. I love all the color I can see when I am outside and working from life. There are a few little things to touch up but is mostly there.
Nov 7 trees (sage)
This painting is just about as Idaho as it gets. I went out into the foothills today and chose this sage bush as my subject. This sage narrowly escaped the fire. As did my friends house!
Boise Foothills

Tablerock Plein Air
Today I drove up the hill to my friends house to paint Tablerock which was burned in a huge fire just before the 4th of July. An illegal firework started it.
