Today’s trees. And a bird. My friend asked me to paint a birdhouse to be auctioned off at a charity event in December. So today I practiced painting a little bird. It turned out very plump.
The trees are in Camelsback park in Boise Idaho.

Jill, just beautiful. The plump bird is delightful. Powerful brush strokes on a gentle creature.

Loving your tree paintings! And the bird is great!!
Are you familiar with Krista Eaton’s artwork? Your bird reminds me a lot of the ones she paints. I am really fond of those bold brush strokes! Thank you for sharing. 🙂
